The H2, which is the second in the series of vehicles that has been manufactured under the Brand name Hummer by the General Motor Corporation, is actually a six-seater which looks somewhat like a big truck. Primarily used as an American Military vehicle, the inspiration for creating this automobile was taken from the Humvee military automobile.
The frame assembly of the H2 is composed of three definite parts and the whole vehicle weighs a massive 8600 lbs. Fitted with a 6.0 litre 316 hp V8 engine, the 0-60 mph mark is reached in 14.7 seconds. Its front suspension system and muscular build has accorded quite a bit of loyal followers, but it is a fact that driving a Hummer H2 around is not exactly the best think to do if you are on a shoestring budget, because of its high fuel consumption.
